At Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original unworn apparel with all tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor its progress back to our facility.
